When I first embarked on this journey to get serious about my writing, I started by finishing up a long cherished collection of poetry, mixed in with some of the humor surrounding only in Israel type of situations.
This short book includes a short story about Syndey, who represents all new immigrants to Israel, and reflects his joy, bemusement, consternation, and search for spiritual meaning in his new home.
The drawings are original–I drew them around the same time that I wrote the poems.
You can consider this short booklet a companionpiece to Part 2: One Way All the Way, in my book Connecting the Dots of a Disconnected Life. I hope to expand on this book and turn it into a printed volume with more material from my first year.
It is only available on Kindle. Enjoy!
